Recommended dosage of Ngenla (once a week somatrogon) is 0.66 mg/kg/week = 80 kg x 0.034mg = 52,8mg weekly. In total one pen will last the patient for 1.1 week. You will need to use ~4 pens per month, but at the same time making injections once a week and at any time when it is convenient for you.
